We have a fully integrated processing and packaging unit which also in houses a laboratory and a cold storage facility with latest gadgetry to analyze the quality of saffron.
We source our saffron from the finest saffron fields in the world. Each lot is is then test checked in our In house lab to make sure that it is of the highest grade and kept in our cold storage facility.
Once the quality is assessed ,The processing takes place under the watchful eyes of our experts in a temperature controlled ,dust free environment to ensure that there’s no loss of color or aroma.
The process of separating red stigmas from yellow styles is manual and dexterous and takes hours to finally get the desired quality .
It is this very cream quality,which is then filled in our esthetically designed moisture free blister sealed Packaging up for grabs for the discerning consumers.
